“I absolutely loved this place. They literally think of everything you might need, and provide it. So clean, every amenity you can think of, comfortable, staff is super cool, and the breakfast is waaay better than just bread and coffee - they give you soup, all different kinds of bread with toasters, cereal, coffee, and orange juice. An incredible deal. Honestly have no clue how they even make money with how much they give you. I will happily give Hotel Zen my business every time I come to Japan. Thank again!”

“I think the only bad place is the stairs are too steep, so every time I go upstairs and downstairs are very careful, not very suitable for the middle-aged people over 40 to live (if the body is not good at climbing stairs). But the room is beautifully decorated, and it's not sleeping on the floor, which is very comfortable. There was a TV to watch (although I could hardly read Japanese haha) and the landlord's family was sweet and lovely. The toilets are also very clean and the showers are very convenient. There are 711 stores nearby. Here you can experience the daily life of Japanese residents. Also, you can see a big turnip building nearby, which may be related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games?! I'm not sure. The neighborhood is quiet at night, not downtown, suitable for rest. We are the only unfavorable local office building ladder number, the reason is that the upper tier of the lower building is very small, the middle ages are more than 40, and the middle-aged people live more than physically.但是 房间 装修 精美 ， 且 且 不是 sleep 的 底板 ， 这 很 舒适。还有 就是 有 电视 可以 看 (虽然 我 基本上 看 不懂 日语 harhahar) 还有 就是 房东 一家 人 很 贴心 很 可爱.厕所 也是 很 干净 、 清洗 也 很 方便 、 附近 有 有 711 Convenience store. Living in Japan, living in Japan还 Yes, close to a single building, possible 2020? ! I'm fat and neat.附近 夜晚 很 安静 、 不是 闹市区 、 适合 休止。 近 近 夜 附 很 安静 、 不是 闹市区 、 适合 休。 The only bad thing is that the stairs are too steep. So be careful when going downstairs every time you go up the stairs. More than 40 middle-aged people live. However, the interior of the room is clean and comfortable rather than sleeping on the floor. There is a TV. The toilet is clean and the bath is convenient. There is Seven-Eleven nearby. Here you can feel the everyday life of Japanese residents. Also, you can see a large radish building nearby. Is there anything related to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics? I'm not sure. This area is quiet at night, not a downtown area, but a good place to take a break.”
Brand new house built in August 2018!! We have other rooms available in our house. -What is Port House? A Japanese house with 10 guest rooms, all designed from scratch for Airbnb purpose -Location Only 100 steps from Hatagaya station which is 2 stations away from Shinjuku and 15min bus ride from Shibuya.
“One of the cleanest and quietest places I`ve stayed in the Tokyo area. It`s conveniently close by the Hatagaya station, Family Mart, 7-11, and right by the corner of two 24hr food places, SGusto and Matsuya. (Helpful if you hit a night on the town and need some late night food). The area itself has a lot of hidden gems. The rooms are nice, clean, and modestly decorated with, what looked like, Muji apparel. The doors use a no-key system, and are electronic using touch-locks. The common space was nice to lounge in, and every floor has a refrigerator at the end of the hall to store a few items for all guests, conveniently labeled by room number. I think one of the nicest touches, which I haven`t experienced at other Airbnbs, is that the hosts want to meet you and greet you upon check-in. One of them will schedule a time to stop-by to say hello and tell you a little about Port House and the area. I will happily stay here again in the future :).”
