The house is situated in a very quiet part of the town, ensuring you a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children. If personal privacy is important to your group, I recommend reviewing the layout in advance to ensure it meets your needs.

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

In order to preserve the authenticity of the land, we have resigned to the construction of the walls between the room, the whole apartment is made up of a single volume, from which only the bathroom with WC is reserved. The bedroom for 3 people is located on the hambálkách. For 2 people a 2-bed room is provided in the living area.
