Vom Balkon aus genießen Sie in ruhiger Atmosphäre einen schönen Blick über die Stadt. Das Haus befindet sich in zentraler und zugleich sehr ruhiger Lage an einer Fahrradstraße, die in einer Sackgasse endet. Ein Restaurant mit Biergarten ist nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt, ein Supermarkt befindet sich in ca. 200 Metern Entfernung.

For the little guests there is a loft bed, travel bed, games, high chair... The apartment is non-smoking. Underground parking is available.

The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

Fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area and separate living room and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for up to 2 extra people.
