We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Thanks to its location, it is an ideal starting point for winter and summer activities – just a few minutes away you will find the popular Javor ski resort. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view. There are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There is also free parking right in front of the house.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
