Contemporary apartment bathed in light and decorated with taste. It is located on the third and top floor of a very quiet luxury residence with secure access (keypad, intercom and badge). The latter is without an elevator but the floors are easily accessible. The view is exceptional, between the unobstructed view towards the town of Granville and the sea view towards the beaches of Donville les Bains. Great brightness in all the rooms. Unique and comfortable apartment to stay in!
