House 300 meters from the sea and 1km from shops in Jullouville, a seaside resort near Mt St Michel, facing the Chausey Islands, 10 minutes from Granville, its train station, its market and the Dior Museum. Two markets are held in Jullouville, on Tuesdays and Fridays. The house consists of an extensive kitchen living room, two bedrooms with closets and 140 cm beds, a bathroom and a toilet. A shower and toilet in the garage can make it easy to get back from the beach. The 700m2 lot is fenced.

It has a kitchen and a bathroom (dry toilet), a mezzanine bedroom for 2 people as well as a comfortable bed for 1 person in the living room. You can also enjoy a small landscaped outdoor area with garden furniture, barbecue and Nordic bath. You will be ideally located 5 km from Mont-Saint-Michel and 30 minutes from Saint-Malo.
