I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

I offer venetian-styled double rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

ORO - Lovely room with bathroom

This nicely designed bedroom with ensuite bathroom is perfectly located to discover Venice; easily reachable from the railway and bus station, it's just few steps away from a breathtaking view on the Grand Canal, and close to all the main attractions. The bedroom is at the ground floor, on a quiet little street, very silent at night. Guests can also make use of the living area on the 1st floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen shared with the guests of the other bedrooms.

A modern triple room is presented, featuring a spacious double bed and a single bed with coordinating bedding. Two bedside tables are positioned beside the beds, and a comfortable chair is seen nearby. Natural light is allowed in through a large window, creating a bright atmosphere.

he guesthouse is situated in Venice, providing accommodation just 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 800 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. Additionally, several notable attractions are in close proximity, such as the La Fenice Theatre, the Basilica dei Frari, and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco.
