Light-flooded and lovingly furnished apartment centrally located in the Zugspitze village of Grainau with fantastic views of the Zugspitze and the Wetterstein mountains. Bavarian coziness - antique farm furniture and a Swedish stove invite you to feel good and breathe deeply. Zugspitze station, bus stop, shopping, restaurants and much more are reachable in just a few minutes' walk. The Eibsee, the Zugspitze valley station and the Garmisch Classic area can be reached in about 5 minutes by car

Between the village square and the stream

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
