Zugspitze station, bus stop, shopping, restaurants and much more are reachable in just a few minutes' walk. The Eibsee, the Zugspitze valley station and the Garmisch Classic area can be reached in about 5 minutes by car

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally.
