5 km from the Obernai site, ideally located on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar and close to the main tourist sites of central Alsace, we offer a modern 38 m2 studio adjoining the owners' main house with its independent entrance and private parking space. A small outdoor garden equipped with two deckchairs, a table and two armchairs completes the accommodation. The accommodation is located 300m from a U hypermarket with electric charging stations.

This charming studio renovated in 2022 is located in Gertwiller Village, a few meters from Ginger Bread Museums (Fortwenger and LIPS) Museums, as well as vineyards. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Alsatian house, with low ceilings, which once housed an old forge. It is fully equipped and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. There is free street parking (no studio parking space in the residence)

Ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Barr, come and discover the Eden du Vignoble, this beautiful, fully renovated, top-floor apartment, very cozy and really warm. Nearby you will find a bakery/pastry shop and several small shops, bars, restaurants and a train station. Strasbourg is 30 minutes away and Colmar is 35 minutes by car. The cottage is designed for 2 people only. Only adults without children. The accommodation is conveniently located on the wine route between Strasbourg (25 km) and Colmar (30 km). At the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, Obernai, Mittelbergheim (classified village) are only a 5-minute drive away. For nature lovers, many trails are directly accessible from the cottage.
