It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Enjoy playing in the large garden, walking/cycling through the area, visiting Gouda and enjoying a drink under the veranda at the end of the day? Experience it in "Buitenkansie"! This cottage is not suitable for noisy guests and groups of friends who are looking for a base for parties. In addition, the cottage is also not suitable for guest workers. Please note! The upper floor has a low ceiling.

This brand new vacation home is located in a beautiful spot in the Krimpenerwaard and has all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, together with the adjacent sitting area, has a fantastic view of the polder through the large glass doors. The cottage is located at the back of our own property, adjacent to the polder. Relaxing here is actually a given. On the other hand, you are also within 1 minute of the cozy shopping street of Bergambacht.

Our luxurious holiday home for up to 5 people is centrally located in the green heart of the Randstad. In the middle of nature, yet close to everything. Enjoy the fantastic view of the typical Dutch polder landscape with animals, from the bath in the master bedroom or from the garden with its own veranda with lounge set. The center of Bodegraven with several nice restaurants and the station can be reached on foot in about 20-25 minutes.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Furthermore, the cottage is a good place to make trips to Gouda and The Hague/Rotterdam, even Amsterdam can be reached within an hour.
