Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to Utrecht Central Station in 15 minutes. Within 60 minutes you can be in the heart of Amsterdam!

The city center and it’s terraces and bars are with-in 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Public transport is very, very close. Trainstaion Leiden Lammenschans and the busstation is a 3-minute walk. Just want to relax or work? No problem. The house has all you need: a good place to work and chill. You’ll get company by our two sweet cats.
