Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the beautiful wine village of Eichstetten, directly from various excursion destinations such as hiking and cycling. The seed garden, breeding and show garden, is about 450 m away and is also the start and end point of the Geopfad (length 9.5 km / ascent 500 m /descent 500 m / difficulty medium), one of the entrances to the Kaisertour (mountain bike tour / length 68 km / 1360 m / difficult) or the starting point for many mountain bike or bike tours.

The accommodation has a separate entrance and has the character of a small basement apartment. The living/bedroom is completely newly furnished, friendly and lovingly with white furniture, 1.60 m bed with bedside table, rattan seating group + coffee table, chairs with light covers, beautiful large wardrobe. Our approx. 40 sqm guest apartment is the ideal base camp for mobile people who want to discover Freiburg & the surrounding area. The daylight-flooded basement apartment has its own entrance and a small outdoor seating area (for breakfast in the sunshine, for example). The hamlet of Waltershofen is located at the foot of the beautiful Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl vineyard region. The center of Freiburg can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport.

The 110 sqm large and bright apartment overlooking the Vosges will inspire you. Sitting on your balcony, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Two bedrooms and the living room with a box-spring bed and pull-out leather couch can accommodate 7 people. The built-in kitchen has a coffee maker and dishwasher.

In just a 5-minute walk you are right in the Eichstetter vineyards - surrounded by nature.

My place is close to directly on the Tuniberg overlooking the Kaiserstuhl, with many hiking trails also suitable for mountain bikers and road biking as well as for triathletes. You'll love my place because of comfy bed, coziness, kitchen, tranquility, beautiful location, and fabulous sunsets . You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.

On about 50 square meters, it offers 1 quiet bedroom with a workplace, 1 living room with an open kitchen and 1 bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. A private terrace also belongs to the apartment.
