The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Swedish cottage with sea view in peaceful nature

Relax with your family in this peaceful mjöbäcksvilla with the most beautiful view of the sea towards Reersø. In the area there is a beach right by the house and a short distance to Mullerup Harbour with restaurant, kiosk and ice cream stand. You can also go to beautiful Reersø with the tailless cats. In the cottage there are two terraces that are covered and a large garden from where you can see the sea. There is room to sunbathe with a fresh summer drink, while you can hear the wind in the trees, the waves roaring and the kids playing in the garden.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the water's edge with lovely panoramic views of the Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern fixtures. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: Playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking not allowed. There is a marina and fishing port, a charming inn and a barbecue bar. Local Bryghus with patio and several other eateries. The nature on Reersø is completely unique and you can go for a walk along the cliff or visit the beautiful and peaceful beach. If you fish, the peninsula is known for its unique trout water. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely view.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Cozy holiday home located in peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one as well as nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and barbecues. The ground has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife both frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer the water level is very low. Bikes are available for free use. The house is 500 metres from the lovely beach. During the summer period week 25 to week 32, booking is a minimum of 3 days.

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. The view of the large meadow that is an extension of the garden often allows for seeing deer, pheasants, and more. There are good shopping opportunities in the area including gourmet restaurants.
