The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the lake and the village centre, where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacconist. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished Bellavista vacation home is located on a beautiful hillside overlooking Lake Maggiore. Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included :-)), you have an unobstructed view of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and garden seating area. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September.

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
