Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Ruhige 50 qm Souterrain-Wohnung in schöner und ruhiger Wohngegend zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 1,80m breitem Bett ausgestattet. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. In 100 Metern ist eine Bushaltestelle um schnell ins Zentrum zu kommen. Zu Fuß sind es rund 15 Minuten. Ein Leihfahrrad steht zur Verfügung. In 350 m Entfernung beginnt der schöne Kraichgau. Die Wohnung wird nach jedem Aufenthalt mit einem Delphin Wassersauger nass gereinigt.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and toddlers are welcome. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and child-friendly. Outdoor pool very close!

In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
