Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

In the climatic health resort of Friedrichskoog-Spitze, the Wadden Sea and the fresh North Sea air can still be enjoyed in a relaxing and inexpensive way. As a weekend trip to breathe deeply or a longer family vacation, our cozy apartment "Der Deichkieker" is located right next to the "North Frisian Wadden Sea" nature reserve. A brand new building & modern apartment.It has high ceilings (more than 3m high),underfloor heating, ceiling spots,a luxury kitchen &a modern bathroom. All interior & furniture is brand new.The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin,right next to the Spree river &the Berlin Wall.Train stations are nearby (5min walk). The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Zum Goldenen Reh - Vacation at home.

You'll love my place because it offers outdoor space close to nature, and is largely furnished in the 50s style, the construction period of the house. My place is close to hiking trails in the forest and nature, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge in Mörsdorf, which opened in 2015, an animal adventure park in Bell and the castle town of Kastellaun. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace.
