Erlebe das Wohnen in einem nachhaltig ausgebauten Seecontainer. Auf 23 qm kannst du schönes Interieur, gemütliche Ausstattung und minimalistische Einrichtung voll und ganz genießen. Das alles haben wir persönlich mit ganz viel Liebe ausgesucht! :-) Das Besondere? Bis auf den stählernen Mantel besteht nahezu der gesamte Wandaufbau aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, wie zB Holz, Jute und Hanf. Der sichtbare Lehmputz sorgt für eine einzigartige Optik und angenehmes Raumklima.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The construction trailer has its own fenced garden, barbecue, seating in the garden, fireplace in the construction trailer, etc. It is romantic, extraordinary and ideal for nature lovers to stay there and be awakened by birdsong in the morning. The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. Not only our environment benefits from the creative upcycling idea, but you do too. The tiny house offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26 m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own home.

Sea containers with harbor views next to Messe

You will stay in a converted sea container in the middle of the Cologne-Mülheim harbour. From the balcony you can look directly at the harbour basin and observe how at the Cologne-Deutzer-Werft 110m long inland waterway vessels are pulled out of the water. The harbour is right next to the exhibition grounds, which can be reached on foot via the Zoo Bridge. Right in front of the harbour entrance is the Claudius-Therme, the cable car to the zoo and the Rheinpark.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.
