The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

The self-contained apartment is located on the 1st floor and stretches over 2 levels. In the lower area is a shower room with toilet and a small kitchen. The bright living room with the two bedrooms can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in a cul-de-sac, but still close to the city.
