Own free parking right by the house + 380V connection for electric cars.

Cozy 2 room appartment in Laax

Beautiful location for all activities in and around Laax. Comfortable with children or just as an adult weekend in the mountains. The apartment is stylish, and still pet and child friendly. There are boardgames for those lazy moments and the Postauto (local bus) to the hill in winter and overall in the area, is just five minutes walk away. You will find a bakery, restaurant, butcher and grocery store within a 7 min walk. Price for renting the flat includes bedding and linens for 2 guests.

The pull-out sofa offers another sleeping possibility, which means that Lina can accommodate up to 5 people. The house was rebuilt with local crafts, old templates, sustainable building materials and the latest technology in 2021.

The comfortable apartment “Casa Weekend” is situated in Cagnò, a village in the Novella municipality in the beautiful Val di Non valley, which is a famous apple-growing area and perfect for hiking and biking. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a storage room for skis, digital terrestrial television and a children's bed.
