Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south-facing apartment on the 2nd floor is the smaller of our two apartments. It is also lovingly restored, full of light, has a gallery and over 5 m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain views.

In the summer you can relax on the partly covered terrace or in the garden in the sun lounger. The garden is more than half natural, with orchids, other wild flowers and grasses. In the cold season, you will be greeted with roaring fire in the fireplace and supplied with firewood

Our central but quite located spacious loft apartment for up to 6 Persons with 3 separate bedrooms is the ideal base for your relaxing or active holiday with family or friends. On 105m² you can make yourself comfortable, enjoy the splendid Mountain View on Hausberg, Alp- and Zugspitze from the south balcony and finish the evening in front of the open fireplace. After an eventful hiking or skiing day you can relax on optional access in the in-house sauna.

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, living and sleeping areas are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator and sink.
