You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and in 2022, the G7 / summit took place here, including Barak Obama. A place to spend summer, as well as winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as winter cross-country skiing and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in between 10 and 20 minutes.
