The apartment is in the middle of the old town in a barely busy alley with a separate entrance. Munich Airport and city center are both reachable in approximately 20-25 minutes. Highlights include: 300 Mbps fiber optic internet, 2 balconies, and a hammock. Since 01/26, we have a private parking space directly in front of the building.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
