Nice place in a quiet location

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Let your soul wander on the green outskirts of Hausen. Excursion opportunities on the Swabian Alb await you. Bike paths, hikes, bike park, mountain bike trails, cross-country skiing, etc. invite you to exercise and have fun outdoors. The train station is about 10-15 minutes' walking distance. Parking is available right in front of the house. Whether you are a vacationer or a business traveler, you are very welcome!

Centrally located in the valley - HANS holiday apartment

Our holiday apartment "Hans" is located in the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to walk or climb, if you want to swing on a bike or just want time to enjoy, this is the place to be. The apartment is under the roof. In the house there are two other apartments, all of which you enter through the common stairwell. The apartment has a double bedroom, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

Surrounded by blooming apple meadows in the spring and great bus and Alpine views of the hills. The apartment is a good starting point for hiking routes such as the Biodiversity Trail. There is also a lot to discover by bike. The Danube Cycle Path is very close. There are numerous excursion destinations nearby.

Experience pure nature! Here you can experience a rustic wooden hut in the middle of a natural forest property. You can end the evening comfortably by the wood-burning fireplace or on the large wooden terrace. The nearest town with restaurants and supermarkets is minutes by car. Electricity and running water are available. It is elaborately purified rainwater and not drinking water. Drinking water can be obtained from a tap about 500 m away.
