Il fait environ 45m2, comprend une grande chambre avec télévision, un espace rangement, un coin cuisine et une grande salle de bain et sa douche à l'italienne. Tout l’espace est ouvert, il n’y a pas de séparation entre la chambre et le coin cuisine. La terrasse est orientée Est, très agréable en été. Elle surplombe la piscine octogonale de 3,50m.
