Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bicycles, bocce ball court and lawn for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-September. Wood stove in the house and one outside. Firewood is available. You can get here by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or by one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

The accommodation is located a few minutes' walk from the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running tracks. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Washing machine and drying rack are available if you need to do laundry.
