The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

In the neighboring village of Bodstedt there is a traditional lagoon harbor, which is the home port for numerous sea boats for sailing and from which the lagoon ferry calls at several ports. Here you will also find quaint restaurants with freshly caught fish and regional delicacies.

Das zweigeschossige Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem sehr großen Garten mit direkten Zugang zum Bodden über einen privaten Steg. Die am Haus befindliche, große Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem eigenen Kanu oder Stand-up-Paddle können Sie die Umgebung erkunden. Am Bootssteg können Sie selbstverständlich auch Angeln (Ausnahme im Mai). Auf dem grossen Grundstück befindet sich noch ein kleines Haus.

The two apartments from my ad are next to each other with the same furnishings and views.

The living area shines with an open living concept and invites you to linger. The existing bathroom is of high quality. The quiet surroundings, the sun terrace with barbecue, invite you to relax. The tourist tax of 2 euros/day/person is then added.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.
