The apartment, completely renovated, is located in the original part of the farmhouse, the small windows and the irregularities of the building make it unique. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. At the entrance of the Zillertal with a view of the mountains. The property was newly integrated into a farmhouse in 2024 and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed. In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. A dishwasher is also built in and a large dining table is available.

Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).
