The small 3-room house with simple but loving furnishings is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Beuren thermal bath/Beuren open-air museum/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are nearby.

Welcome to the village of Kappishäusern with 500 inhabitants. Our 30 square meter studio apartment not only offers beautiful views of the Swabian Alps, but above all represents an ideal starting point for a visit to the Metzinger Outlet City or the thermal baths in Beuren and Bad Urach. In addition, some hikes are possible directly from the house. After a long day, you can walk to the popular Greek restaurant (with a timely reservation).

Stay in the circus wagon studio

My studio car is right at the other end of our large property. It has a fully equipped 1950s kitchen, seating, a small table and a double bed upstairs in the loft. In the house 50 m away, you have a separate guest toilet with a small sink. The trailer doesn't have a shower! There is Wi-Fi, and the trailer is heated by a heat pump (from 2026). The car has its own electricity meter - the electricity is billed according to usage.
