The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. The house is situated in a very quiet part of the town, ensuring you a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children. If personal privacy is important to your group, I recommend reviewing the layout in advance to ensure it meets your needs.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
