The apartment is suitable as a starting point to explore the attractive offer in the "Weinsüden" [wine south] or to visit "Europe's best amusement park" Tripsdrill and the wildlife paradise. Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

We are in an idyllic location near Bietigheim-Bissingen. Right between the Untermberg ruins and the Enz-Aue near the recreational center Nature Park: Stromberg-Heuchelberg. From strolling in the historic old town to enjoying nature... With a home office area with a 100 Mbit line, remote office should not be a problem. For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-shaped bathtub that invites you to relax after work ;)

Hike, Bike & Wine

HIKE 🥾 Direkt vor der Haustür loswandern. Hier am Niedernberg führen viele Wanderrouten entlang. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Direkt vor der Haustür losradeln. Ganz nahe am Enzradweg und dem Neckartalradweg gelegen. Dein E- Bike kannst du bequem in der Garage aufladen, auch eine kleine Werkstatt mit Fahrradreparaturständer ist vorhanden. WEIN🍇 Direkt am Fuße des Weinberges gelegen können zu Fuß die verschiedensten Events erreicht werden .

Das gesamte Haus wurde im 1. Halbjahr 2019 saniert und die einzelnen Apartments individuell und mit viel Kreativität und Passion für Sie eingerichtet, so dass Sie sich hoffentlich wohl fühlen werden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine Schlafempore und einen kleinen Balkon (2m x 2m). Ein Schlafsofa steht zur Verfügung, sollten Sie nicht in luftiger Höhe schlafen wollen. Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Just minutes from exciting attractions such as the adventure park and wildlife paradise Tripsdrill. Heilbronn can be reached in 20 minutes and Ludwigsburg in 30 minutes – ideally located for excursions. Experience the proximity to local restaurants and cultural highlights – the perfect place for your time out.

Vacation on a winery

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette with a small dining table. There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.
