In an old renovated house in the village center, nice unobstructed view, 50 meters from amenities (bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, farmers' market on Wednesdays...) Cannes beaches 7 km away, Croisette 10 km away. Valbonne/Sophia Antipolis 9 km away, Grasse 7 km away.

The "pavilion" of Villa Marie has recently been renovated and offers the delicacy of a small pavilion just for you. This little house with a gable on the street enjoys great brightness. The entrance is no longer from the street but from the pretty bow window located on another facade, for added comfort. The very spacious private terrace is shaded and lush. It has a "summer shower back from the beach". The cozy little rooms are thoughtfully equipped .

We are delighted to host you in our studio, completely refurbished in May 2024! Located in a small village house close to all amenities (shops and restaurants 3 min walk). 5 minutes from bus stops to get off in the center of Cannes. In a few minutes by bus you will be in the center of Cannes, and enjoy its beaches and festivals, 15 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes from the highway. No air conditioning, but on the ground floor and thick walls!
