This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

We have set up our 42 m2 Duplex as a small seaside cabin. Breathtaking views on the 3rd and top floor. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bathroom bed and separate toilet at the top. The bottom space hosts an equipped kitchen, a sofa convertible into a real 160x200 bed All within walking distance. St Raphaël train station is a 15-minute walk. Airport 45 mins. Travel light!
