Ugenert location on the south facing slope with large closed wooden terrace, own beach and bridge. Opportunity for fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Boligen er placeret ved siden af Netto. Div. spisesteder findes lige om hjørnet. Boligen er placeret tæt ved Letbanen - Benedicts Plads. 600 m til gågaden og det nye H.C. Andersen kvarter. Huset er helt nybygget i 2023. Området er meget roligt til trods for den meget centrale placering i bymidten. 1 lille hund er tilladt (ingen tæver i løbetid). Skriv for særlige ønsker vedr. hund

Breathtaking beach house

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Lovely working appartment close to Aarhus

Working appartment in Beder. Fully equiped 1 floor app for rent by the month for single person. Beder is situated 16 km south of Aarhus. The area offers rural surroundings, forrest, stream, green areas, training facilities, farmacy and shopping center a.o. Bus and light trail within two minuts walking distance. Many dep/arr every hour to Aarhus. 16-30 minutes to Aarhus depending on destination.

Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
