Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Unique and charming beach cottage on the water's edge overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and the Little Belt. Ugenert location on the south facing slope with large closed wooden terrace, own beach and bridge. Opportunity for fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Relax in this unique and quiet home located with full ocean views of the Little Belt. Here oozes tranquility, idyll and atmosphere. Smaller cabin (30 m2) as well as loft, where there are two sleeping places. In addition, there are also annexes with two sleeping places. Small cozy path with direct access to beach There is a nice wilderness bath that is heated with firewood. TV package with 45 channels. Bed linens and towels must be brought. Shopping options 5 min drive from the place and only 10 min from the highway

This unique place has a fantastic location at Vejle Harbor. The view over the water steals the attention and ensures a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen and living room are united in a beautiful family room, with a direct exit to the balcony. You will wake up with a lovely view over the fjord. 96 m2 sanctuary, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden there is a small cozy fire place and shelter with 3-4 sleeping places. We are located close to forest and beach meadows, 300 m from the lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbour, and from the unique dining establishment Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The island path starts at Falsled Harbor.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Huset er et gammelt, restaureret fiskerhus med en ganske unik beliggenhed 30 meter fra egen strand. Det er indrettet som helårsbolig med 7 faste sengepladser og mulighed for 1 ekstra opredning. Udsigten ud over Bæltet og gåture langs stranden er egentlig rigeligt i sig selv - hvis vi selv skal sige det - men der er også masser af alternative udflugtsmuligheder, f. eks. Bridgewalking, marsvinesafari eller en tur i Madsby Parken i Fredericia.
