This half-timbered house in the Auvergne was built in 1784, far from any civilisation and is surrounded by trees that, for some , are now the same age as them. Here, far from the tumult, the landscape stretches as far as the eye can see and gently transforms with each hour of the day.

Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.
