A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar and restaurant Au Village. Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Within easy reaching distance of top rated Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

Lovingly restored gites, set in the rural , tranquil and picturesque countryside, great for a summer break relaxing by the heated pool, April-October, or a cosy winter break in front the log burner, lovely walks, great for cycling, outside space to sit , dine and relax , or a spot of early morning yoga on the lawn with just the birds singing . Only a short drive to local amenities , such as bakeries, Italian restaurants, super market & sites of interest, as seen in our pictures.

Tortue-Cocotte is a refuge for the heart and mind. Perched on one of the highest points of Calvados, in a setting of unspoiled nature, it offers an immersion in the pure beauty of the Pays d'Auge. Many walks, at 1km or less, a climbing spot, a trail course by bike and running, fitness trail. Pony club on place.
