Tilly House - Attico con Terrazzo sul Mare

Accogliente e curato appartamento sul mare dalla meravigliosa e imperdibile vista. Tilly si trova nel paesino di Le Grazie, vicino alle splendide Cinque Terre, alla romantica Portovenere e alla meravigliosa isola Palmaria. Al 4° e ultimo piano con ascensore di un edificio privo di barriere architettoniche, recentemente ristrutturato. È composto da due camere da letto, ampia sala, cucina, servizi igienici e uno spettacolare terrazzo che lo circonda interamente. Posto auto in parcheggio privato.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

A few steps from train station and the seaside, Alley23 will be your reference in the pedestrian centre of the town. You will be in the best position to enjoy shops, restaurants, clubs. In a matter of minutes on foot you will be able to reach any service to visit all the Golfo i Poeti and the 5 Terre. Appartamento situato al primo piano di un palazzo nell'antico e tranquillo borgo di Marola. E' composto da una ampia camera con letto matrimoniale, un salotto con comodo divano letto a 2 piazze comunicante con una grande terrazza affacciata sul golfo dei poeti, un grande bagno, una cucina completamente attrezzata. Le fermate dell'autobus per La Spezia e Portovenere sono a pochi passi da casa. Sotto l'appartamento c'è un mini market a pochi metri ristorante, pub e pizzeria.
