The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Tilly is located in the village of Le Grazie, near the beautiful Cinque Terre, the romantic Portovenere and the wonderful Palmaria Island. It consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spectacular terrace that surrounds it entirely. Parking in private parking lot.

Bus stops to La Spezia and Portovenere are within walking distance of home. Below the apartment there is a mini market a few meters away restaurant, pub and pizzeria.
