On 2 floors you live comfortably here. On the ground floor are shower ( in the hallway) and toilet as well as living room with kitchen. On the upper floor is the bedroom. The small tower has an independent entrance. The location is centrally located in Esslingen with good transport links.

My place is close to the Klinikum Esslingen. Despite the proximity to the city center, the apartment is characterized by its quiet location with lots of greenery, nature and views. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Secure parking is available. Good connection to bus, S-Bahn and airport. The apartment has a separate entrance to the main house. Directly attached to the apartment is a large wooden terrace with lounge.
