The flat is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. This stylish place is perfect for families and couples. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Also Legoland or Schwabenpark are not far away!(About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180x200 and the other box spring bed is 140x200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included!

Enjoy your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located with a separate apartment entrance in our modern apartment building in the best location. Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.
