The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

This is on the edge of the old town, not far from the cathedral square and theater. The apartment is on the first floor of a house built in 1902 with a view of the citadel. Public transport is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people on a spacious area of 66 m².

Our small summer house is located about 4 km from the city centre of Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic has a beautiful view over the city. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 square meters and is fully fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV,sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. In the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed .

And you can drive through to the airport. You can take the streetcar through to the city center. But it's also only a 10-minute walk to Domplatz - where Erfurt's city center begins.
