Built in 1926, the well-maintained apartment building is located on the western edge of Weimar city center, which is easily accessible on foot within 15 minutes. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The new Bauhaus Museum and the popular Weimarhallenpark are within walking distance of about 10 minutes.

Here, you can park for free or walk in 15 minutes to the National Theater in the old town. Alternatively: Our bus stop is located at the shopping center, which is 2 minutes away and has a Tegut supermarket, Denns organic market, DM drugstore, pharmacy, ATM, and EV charging station.

The house is idyllically situated in a large grove, which makes it particularly quiet and close to nature, but at the same time in the immediate vicinity of the center of Arnstadt.
