Quiet with private entrance, you will enjoy everything nearby (restaurants, shops, bus). PLEASE NOTE, vans cannot enter (parking nearby).

It is located in the city center, in the popular district of Saint Félix, close to the Talensac market, the banks of the Erdre and the hyper-center. All transport (bus and tram) and shops (bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets) are close by. We provide linens as well as basic groceries.
