Beautiful cottage with heated indoor pool

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

My cottage is located in the middle of the fields on the edge of the Nuaillé-Chanteloup-Vezins forest, in an old renovated farmhouse. 5 minutes from a CHOLET shopping area, nearby - Puy du Fou Park, 29 km - Maulévrier Oriental Garden, 10 km - less than an hour's drive from Angers, Nantes, La Roche-sur-Yon, - and 1 hour 15 minutes from the seaside at Les Sables d'Olonne. You'll love my place for its tranquility, for couples and families (with kids).

Welcome to Carquefou! Come enjoy our large independent room. It consists of a bedroom area with double bed, a living area with sofa bed (2 single beds) with TV. No kitchen but fridge, microwave, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker available as well as cutlery, plates and glasses.
