Independent studio

A 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with toilet, equipped kitchen and independent entrance (shared with our cats). Please note that the space is simple, clean and functional, we do not offer an original experience or a particular design, just an independent studio.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

The Outbuilding

We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2 near the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).
