Suite Frida independent annex 2 steps from the sea

The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m from the beach, 5 minutes from the Rimini fair and 4 minutes from the center. It has a private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, who is good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as the outdoor space is shared.

Quiet, just outside the city, 2 km from the sea and 3 km from the fair, new two-room apartment in a complex with swimming pool, open only in the summer, and garden. This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.
