Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. WIFI connection available. Crockery, linen and towels provided. Pets welcome. Reserved parking. Breakfast on request.

It’s a lovely new air-conditioned studio of 32 mq, on the first floor, in a quiet street of the historic center of Bologna. It has been completely renovated in 2017, with all the comforts and thoughtfully designed furnishings. It’s a few minutes walk from the 2 Towers, Via Indipendenza and Piazza Maggiore,Central Train Station and University of Bologna! It’s in a strategic position for the Exhibition center of Bologna, just 1.5 km away, accessible in a 15-20 minute walk or by public transport!

CASAPOESIA, design and silence in the historic center

Attic apartment on the 1st floor in the courtyard of Palazzo Pallavicini, in the heart of Bologna. Silence and design touches give this space an intimate and welcoming character. The white wooden roof highlights the charming mural wall of the sleeping area and the Japanese panels of the walk-in closet. Poems on the walls, lots of plants, and a small donkey terrace complete the magic of the place. The apartment was totally renovated at the end of 2021 and it is equipped with all the comforts.
