Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

The apartment is at the first floor of a graceful building by a quiet road of Florence historical center. The entrance door opens up in between of the night-time area and the daytime area. One side features living room, kitchen and toilet, while on the other side are the two bedrooms. The kitchen has a nice terrace furnished with chairs and table to enjoy the outside for dinner or just relaxing.
