Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

The project reflects on early 20th-century aesthetics through a contemporary lens, blending architecture, design, and artistic research. Located in a quiet residential area with private and shared gardens, the building is just a short walk from Florence’s historic center.

Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
