The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

The way to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, to the end of the road (BEACH LOAD), park your car and walk north by the water...

Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian surrounding area offer many attractions and leisure opportunities. The "Witt Huuske" is a lovingly renovated residential home from 1890, divided into two separate rental units, the "Vorderhaus" and "Hinterhaus". It has been awarded 5 stars. It's located in the village of Campen, close to the dike and Germany's tallest lighthouse. In designing it, we drew on how we ourselves like to vacation: high-quality furniture, elegant fittings, and special details that make the trip something extraordinary.

Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.
